Strength + Conditioning (Open Levels)
Strength + Conditioning is designed to support dancers in building the muscle strength, endurance, and control needed for safe and effective technique. This open-level class focuses on proper alignment, core stability, balance, and full-body strength exercises that enhance overall dance performance.
Dancers will work through targeted conditioning drills that improve jumps, turns, extensions, and stamina while also focusing on injury prevention. This class is a perfect addition to any dancer’s training program, helping them build a strong foundation to support their technique and long-term growth.
Mindfulness + Stress Management (Open Levels)
Mindfulness + Stress Management offers dancers a space to slow down, reset, and build healthy mental and emotional habits to support their dance training and overall well-being. This class introduces simple breathing techniques, guided relaxation, visualization, and mindfulness exercises that help reduce anxiety, improve focus, and promote balance both inside and outside the studio.
Dancers will learn practical tools to manage performance nerves, set positive intentions, and build self-awareness, creating a strong mind-body connection that benefits their dance technique, confidence, and personal growth.
Stretch + Flexibility (Open Levels)
Stretch + Flexibility is designed to help dancers safely improve their range of motion, strength, and overall body control. This open-level class focuses on full-body stretching techniques, strength-building exercises, and injury-prevention methods to support dancers’ technical development across all dance styles.
Dancers will work on splits, back flexibility, shoulder mobility, balance, and proper alignment, all while learning safe stretching habits they can apply both in and outside of class. Perfect for dancers of all levels looking to increase flexibility, improve technique, and build a stronger, healthier body.
