Ballet Tech + Pre/Pointe (Intermediate - Advanced)

Ballet Tech + Pre/Pointe (Ages 6+ | Multi-Level Placement)
This extended ballet class is designed to serve multiple levels of ballet students in one focused training block. Dancers are grouped by skill and readiness while learning together, allowing each dancer to progress safely at their own pace.

Ballet Tech (Ages 6+):
The first hour focuses on core ballet technique, including posture, positions, alignment, and foundational strength. All dancers participate in this portion of class to build strong ballet fundamentals.

Pre-Pointe (Ages 9+):
Dancers who meet technical and physical readiness will begin pre-pointe training, emphasizing proper foot and ankle strength, alignment, and pointe preparation exercises.

Pointe (Ages 12+):
Advanced dancers who have mastered pre-pointe requirements will begin full pointe work under careful supervision, continuing to build control, artistry, and safe pointe technique.

After approximately one hour, younger dancers (ages 6–8) will be dismissed, while Pre-Pointe and Pointe students remain to continue focused work. This class structure allows each dancer to receive individualized instruction appropriate to their level while growing within a shared, supportive ballet environment.
