Capital Core Dance offers private birthday parties at the studio, combining dancing, games, themed activities, and imagination-filled fun
What To Expect
Each birthday party is hosted in our studio and led by a trained dance instructor who keeps the celebration organized, engaging, and fun from start to finish.
Our parties include:
• Private studio space
• Party host (dance instructor)
• Dance party and movement games
• Themed activity or craft
• Music and sound system
• Tables and chairs
• Set-up and clean-up

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date
• Party dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received
• Remaining balance is due on the day of the party
• Availability is limited — advance booking is encouraged

Birthday FAQs
How long are the birthday parties?
Birthday parties are 90 minutes and include time for dancing, games, a themed activity or craft, and cake or snacks brought by the family.

What party times are available?
Birthday parties are offered during the following time windows:
• Morning: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• Early Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
• Late Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Party times are selected on the booking form and are confirmed based on studio availability.

How many children are included?
Each party includes up to 10 children.
Additional children may be added for an additional fee, based on studio capacity.

What ages are birthday parties best for?
Our birthday parties are recommended for children ages 3–12.
We tailor activities and pacing based on the age group to ensure everyone has fun.

What do parents need to bring?
Families are responsible for bringing:
• Cake or cupcakes
• Food and drinks
• Any decorations they would like to use
We provide tables, chairs, music, and all activity materials.

Do you provide decorations?
Basic themed activities and party structure are included.
Families may bring their own decorations if desired. Optional themed upgrades are available.

Are parties private?
Yes. All birthday parties are private events held in our studio with a dedicated party host.

When are birthday parties available?
Birthday parties are available on weekends, with limited weekday availability depending on the studio schedule.

How do I book a birthday party?
To request a party date, please complete our Birthday Party Request Form.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date once availability is confirmed.

Is the deposit refundable?
No. The $50 deposit is non-refundable and applied toward your total party balance.
​
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
​
What if we need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please contact the studio as soon as possible if changes are needed.

Are waivers required?
Yes. All party guests must have a completed waiver on file prior to participation.
​
Can siblings or parents participate?
Parents are welcome to stay and watch.
Sibling participation may depend on age, party size, and activities planned.

Can we choose our own music?
We’re happy to take music requests when possible. Music selection will remain age-appropriate and studio-approved.

Do you offer party upgrades?
Yes. Optional upgrades are available, including glow party experiences, themed crafts, and specialty party options.
Do studio families receive any perks?
Yes. Current Capital Core Dance families receive priority booking and a special studio-family thank-you bonus.
What happens if we arrive late?
Parties will still end at the scheduled time to allow for studio transitions. We recommend arriving on time to enjoy the full party experience.
