Capital Core Dance Studio: Preschool Enrichment Dance Program
Our Preschool Enrichment Dance Program offers a fun, nurturing space where children ages 18 months to 6 years can grow through movement, music, and creative play. With small class sizes and expert instructors, we focus on building coordination, confidence, and imagination — all in an inclusive, supportive environment. Classes run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, starting August 11, 2025. Spots are limited — reserve yours today!

* Children 18 mos - 2 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the parent and me classes
any children 3 and older must be potty trained to be in the program without a parent involved.

Parent and Me Classes
Bond, bounce, and boogie! Our Parent & Me class is a joyful introduction to movement and music designed for toddlers and their grown-ups. This playful class focuses on coordination, rhythm, and connection, using props, songs, and simple steps. Parents or caregivers actively participate, creating special shared moments that support early development and social skills. A fun first step into the world of dance!
The Structure
Join us for weekly classes during our preschool dance classes. Dance for 30 mins and join us for 30 mins of activities.
